Take Out

Soup– Corn & Chicken soup

Appetizer– Mini deep fried spring roll, mini pan fried curried pancake (samosa) and mini prawn spring rolls with mayonnaise.

Main course-Special fried rice, Steamed rice, Chow mein noodles, shredded beef with green pepper, diced chicken in chilli sauce, fish in hot plate, shrimps with ginger and spring onion.

Dessert- Fruit salad, ice cream.

N5, 500 per head– Minimum of 10 people

Buffet

Soup– Corn & Chicken soup, Peking soup

Appetizer– Mini deep fried spring roll, mini pan fried curried pancake (samosa) and mini prawn and mayonnaise spring rolls.

Main course-Special fried rice, Steamed rice, Singapore style noodle, Chef’s special fish (whole fish), Sweet ‘n’ sour pork-optional (can be substituted),

Main course-Special fried rice, Steamed rice, Singapore style noodle, diced chicken in oyster sauce with broccoli, sliced beef with spring onion and ginger in hot plate, braised fish in chilli sauce, medium prawns with vegetable and garlic sauce, sweet ‘n’ sour pork- optional (can be substituted), stir fried assorted diced vegetables.
